What payment options are available?

clubNAMCO.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and PayPal.
For credit card payments, please make sure that the name and address you provide in the checkout step matches the information as it appears on your credit card statement, or the transaction will not be completed.

Valid clubNAMCO gift certificates are also accepted as a form of payment - simply enter the claim code in the gift certificate field during checkout.

Is the clubNAMCO.com Website Secure?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the integrity and security of our customers’ credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We reserve the right to collect and remit sales, use and similar taxes to their respective taxing authorities, as well as import taxes, tariffs, duties and other fees which may be imposed by foreign jurisdictions. You will be advised of any taxes and other fees while placing your order, before being requested to approve the transaction.

How soon can I receive my order?

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with the tracking number, which you can use at UPS.com or USPS.com (according to the shipment service you selected for the order) to track your delivery.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. All items are in stock unless marked 'sold out' in the quantity field. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when estimating your shipment delivery date.

All communication about order status is done via email, so it is important that you provide a current and accurate email address. We will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order.

The following delivery options are currently available:

  • UPS Ground - Arrives in 2-8 business days from shipment date depending on destination.
  • USPS First Class (packages weighing under 13oz) - Arrives in approximately 1-3 days from shipment date depending on destination.
  • USPS Parcel Post - Arrives in approximately 2-9 days from shipment date depending on destination.
  • USPS Priority - Arrives in an average of 2-3 days from shipment date depending on destination.
  • USPS Express - Arrives the next day or within 2 days from shipment date, depending on destination.
  • Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. box, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Deliveries by either UPS or USPS are NOT available on Sundays.

    Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, dimensions and destination.
    If you need to expedite delivery of your order, please use the contact us page or login to your account and create a support ticket to request information on shipping upgrade options.

    Can I track the shipment of my order?

    Yes - all customers who provide a valid email address will receive an email noification with a UPS tracking number after their order has shipped.

    Registered customers may track their order at any time by logging into their account. Click on 'orders history', select the date range, then the order number you wish to track, and scroll down to the bottom of the order details page. If your order has shipped, you can use the 'click to track' function below your tracking number to be taken directly to the UPS.com or USPS.com results page for easy one-click tracking.

    What shipping rates apply?

    For shipments to addresses within the United States, shipping charges are the average published United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) rates applicable to shipments originating from San Jose, California, plus a minimal handling fee.

    Can you ship orders out to international addresses?

    Shipment outside the United States is not currently available.

    What is clubNAMCO.com’s Return Policy?

    Damaged merchandise may be returned for exchange with original shipping invoice and clubNAMCO issued RMA number within 30 days of invoice date. Subject to availability, your order will be exchanged for equivalent replacement merchandise and shipped back to you at our cost. Please initiate the exchange by logging into your account and creating a 'support ticket'. If you did not create an account when you made the purchase, please email us using the 'contact us' page along with your order number.

    All purchases are final - There are no refunds. Where equivalent replacement merchandise is unavailable, you will be issued a credit applicable to purchase of any other merchandise available on our website.
